Learning Outcomes

The student is able to create a robotized production cell in a 3D environment, and program and simulate the real robot. In addition, he understands the requirements and possibilities of automatic assembly.

Student's Workload

Total work load of the student 135 h, of which
- scheduled studies 60 h
- autonomous studies 75 h
The assessment of student’s own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Contents

Robotic cell offline programming environments, simulation. Automatic Assembly. Planning assembly system as a project in virtual and real world.

Recommended or Required Reading and Other Learning Resources/Tools

Material from robot manufacturers
Other material handed out by the teacher

Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Lectures and project.

Assessment Criteria

5: The student is able to utilise the knowledge learnt during the study unit independently and combine the knowledge with previously learnt in various contexts.
3: The student is able to utilise the knowledge learnt during the study unit independently.
1: The student is able, with guidance, to utilise the knowledge learnt during the study unit.
