Learning Outcomes

The student learns to combine knowledge of various topics in the project related to controlled electrical drives. The student can act as a responsible member in a team.

Student's Workload

Total work load of the course 54 h
Scheduled studies 28 h
Autonomous studies 26 h

Prerequisites / Recommended Optional Courses

Common core themes: Automation, Electrical Drives and Control Logics

Topics from various study units are combined in the project. The target is an application of controlled electrical drive. In addition to rating, the required reference value chains for speed and torque controlled drives. The drive can also be tested in the laboratory. A report is written of the project and each member of the team will present their own part to all participants of the study unit.
