Osaamistavoitteet

The course will introduce students to the complex relationships between quality, project and process management. The focus is on the linkage of these three areas in order to provide a better understanding of their interaction and an ability to analytically solve complex issues. Students will also develop skills that enable them to critically evaluate both the process and progress of projects. Students will understand the complexity of project work and be able to adapt their tools to influence a project’s resource use and results.

Introduction to project theory, project life cycle, lean management, monitoring and control of projects and process, project and process management, development culture and project teams.
