Learning Outcomes
The student understands the importance of service logic in business management from the perspective of both a service and an industrial company. The student becomes acquainted with customer relationship-oriented business management.

Assessment Methods
A two-part independent course assignment that first introduces the theory and then applies the theory, by developing a development assignment for your own organization, utilizing service design tools.
