Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course the student will have an integral understanding of the quality control related to products and operations and the role played by quality in the profit making and the continuous operations of a company.

Contents
The concepts and components of quality and management of quality. The role played by the management on customer, product, process and information. Quality control by means of quality systems and their use as basis for continuous development work. Integral quality during the product's life span, standards, quality competitions and importance of quality system and management for the company.
