Learning Outcomes

In this study module go into entrepreneurship from two points of view. Firstly, we become familiar with a person entrepreneur. As a purpose is to understand how grows, develops and shapeable of entrepreneurship in its all meanings. Focus is learn to understand entrepreneurs mind and behaviour. Additionally purpose is look entrepreneurship from the perspective of work and its features, and compare differences and similarities to other roles of working life. Secondly our purpose is look ourselves against entrepreneurship and enterprising un depending in what role we have in our working life. Target is also concider how we all as a workers, espesialists, supervicers, managers or leaders take account entreprership and enterprising behaviour in our organization. Also we examine how we encourage or hinder enterprising in side of our organization.
