Learning Outcomes
This course is aimed to help students to understand the impact of culture and communication on international business negotiations in project management. Consequently to explore the problems faced by Western managers while doing business abroad and provide some guidelines for international business negotiations.

Nature of international business negotiations, culture and its impact on negotiations, negotiating in different type of projects, project management and its characteristics.
