Learning Outcomes

The student is familiar with the principles of management activities in a goal-oriented organization and understands the requirements set on the co-operation between the superior and the employee. She/He understands the significance of recognizing one´s identity as a basis for self-management and dissimilarity of personalities as a basis for the management of organization and for leadership of people. She/He is prepared to develop the managerial skills under guidance.

Contents

Working psychology and motivation, role and tasks of the superior in an organization, company values, people and their differences, management styles, influencing people and methods of team activity, self-management, development of organization and advancing the well-being of the working community.
