Learning Outcomes

The student knows how to
­ Analyze his/hers own multiprofessional skills
­ Deepen his/hers own knowledge of multiculturality and internationality and have value discussion about the diversity of society
­ Strengthen his/hers own professional development and build up self management and leadership skills
­ Understands his/hers own standing as a part of larger organization

The focus of portfolio work is manager and leadership perspective

Student's Workload

Amount of work altogether 27 h, of which 8 h of contact hours and 19 h of independent study.
The assesment of student's own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.
