Learning Outcomes
The student has the knowledge of the core theories and models of management of change. The student can compile the strategic plan of an organization and she has the readiness to plan and execute change processes and to constructive communication of change. The student applies the ethical principles of management to development activities. The student can act as an expert in different networks and can identify the effects of changes to the know-how of personnel, operational environment and customership.

- the student can apply the ethical principles of management to development actions

- the student is familiar with the principles of development
Assessment Methods
The grade of the study module compounds of attending the seminars, autonomous assignments and self-evaluation. Numeric evaluation (1–5).
