Learning Outcomes

Developing and running a tourism enterprise on strategic level. You acquire the skills to run and develop the business processes of a tourism enterprise responsibly taking into account the marginal conditions and success factors of business operations. You reflect critically the trends and changes in the operations and recognize future threats and opportunities. You conceive the importance of strategic planning and networking and you apply creative operations patterns based on the strategic viewpoints of the enterprise (values, vision and mission). You recognize the significance of environmental, economic and socio-cultural impacts in business operations together with ethical values of society. You develop and analyse business calculations in various decision making situations and make use of the follow-up and reporting systems in operative activities.
