Learning Outcomes
Planning and developing tourism enterprise processes on product level. You analyse consumer behaviour and compare different consumer behaviour patterns. You apply customer-based tourism product design and comprehensive quality thinking. You are cognizant of the entity of the service system and the differentiation of tourism products. You analyse the various components of service systems and you know how to produce innovative product entireties also in view of profitability. You master the special terminology of the tourism trade and you are able to deal with customer service situations in different languages.
