Learning Outcomes
The student is familiar with the concept of communication and requirements regarding documents in business correspondence and informative communication. The student is able to produce documents which are appropriate in contents, form and language. The student internalises the purpose and significance of communication in working life.
Contents
Basics of communication, informative documents used in working life and their layout, appropriate language usage, correctness of language and style. Reporting.
