Learning Outcomes
Knowledge of business environment and operations on basic level. You internalize the view of tourism as a global and growing phenomenon and conceive its historical background. You identify the various sectors of tourism trade together with its complex character and its social, economic and environmental impacts. You conceptualize the regional, national and international factors of a tourism environment and you have the capacity to analyse them.
