Learning Outcomes

You acquaint yourself with running and developing a restaurant business on strategic level. You acquire the basic skills for acting as a supervisor in a service enterprise. You consider the ethical and environmental requirements in running a business. You are able to draw plans for the operative activities of the enterprise and follow them. You conceptualize the significance of space for the customers and the staff. You develop and analyse business calculations in various decision making situations and make use of the follow-up and reporting systems in operative activities.
