Learning Outcomes
The studen knows the language used in administrations in the different situations.
The student understands the meaning of language for the administration, and the clients. The student is able to express her-himself in both finnish and swedish.

The language used in administrations in Finland.
Communication in customer service.
Regional Impact
Vasa region is a bilingual area, therefore it is very important that the student get understunding and knowledge in both Finnish and Swedish when it comes to administrative job.
Internationality
In the course content it is very important to observe the multicultural aspect. Vasa is a very international city.
