Learning Outcomes

The student will understand the significance of the design to manufacturability and manufacturing costs. The student will be able to use the most common machine shop mesuring equipment.

Contents

Usages and functions of a NC machine, transfer and modification of CAM programs and verification with a NC machine. As a group assignment, a technical product entity is designed, made and measured. The qualitylevel of the system is evaluated.
