Learning Outcomes

The student will get an general view of supply chain management, especially of the operational environment in which business is part of project implementation. The student will know the fundamentals of production control, procurement of materials and logistics and understands the challenges and possibolities of modern network-based operations.

Contents

Inbound and internal logistics, material management, physical distribution, purchasing management, inventory, packaging, methods of production control and ERP-systems.
