Learning Outcomes

The student will receive an overview of internal amd external entrepreneurship and basic readiness for self- employment. The student will be familiar with planning of business operations and selecting the company form. The student will have readiness to start a compnay of his/her own.
The student understands the interaction between various operationd in the company, can measure the efficiency of these operations using various indicators and is able to control the process of operations so that the company is profitable.

Various dimensions of entrepreneurship, internationalisation and entrepreneurship, process of establishing a company, drawing up a business plan, objectives of business operations and selecting a company form, basics of company planning.
Operational processes in a company, financing of a company, financial statement and basics of accounting. Basics of measuring the financial state of a company, Interaction between profitability, quality and productivity. Basics of cost and profitability accounting.
