Learning Outcomes
The student understands background factors of multicultural leadership and he can solve managerial challenges related to multicultural projects. He can take advantage of the individual differences of the project employees, motivate them, give and receive constructive feedback as well as solve conflicts between people.
The student recognises different negotiation situations, manages different stages of the negotiation process and can choose right situational negotiation strategies and tactics. He also uderstands the importance of non-verbal communication and knows international negotiation procedures and customs.
