Learning Outcomes

The student will know how to design and implement the electrifications of various targets. The student can design lighting and electrical heating for a target and knows how to choose the correct equipment. The student will attain the basic knowledge needed in electrical design.

Contents

Applying standards and St-card files in the engineering and implementation of electrification. The structure of electrical and telecommunication networks in buildings, protection and voltage drop calculations, installation methods and Commissioning inspections. Basics of lighting technology, light sources, light fixtures. The engineering of electric heating and different heating methods. Electrification specification levels, project documents, contract documents.
