Osaamistavoitteet

The course covers the most relevant topics and issues from a theoretical perspective and a real world application perspective. Each functional area will be viewed from both the organisation's perspective and the individual's point of view. A special focus will be placed on professional personnel management functions in modern organizations as well as the political, economic, social and legal impact on managers in organizations that cut across national borders.

Sisältö

The topics include: personnel management, planning, job specifications, employee recruitment, selection, testing, interviewing, job evaluation, performance appraisal, compensation structures, benefit programmes, career management and international cultural challenges.
