Osaamistavoitteet
Recognize the importance of leadership culture in organizational operations and understand the role of supervisors and leadership models in motivating employees and guiding activities.
Understand the significance of self-leadership and apply work-life and social skills as well as collective agreements in personal practice.
Assess team resources, prioritize tasks, and allocate responsibilities.
Master work-life competencies and understand their importance for organizational success and personal role within the organization.
Identify and understand career development opportunities related to job content and administration.
Understand the impact of leadership styles and personnel on organizational success.
Know professional guidelines, laws, and regulations and act accordingly.
Develop organizational operations and quality in a client-oriented, responsible, and cost-effective manner according to organizational regulations and guidelines.
Understand responsibility for quality from both organizational and personal perspectives.
Identify, develop, and evaluate nursing quality and organizational quality, addressing quality deviations.
Utilize available information for operational development and leadership both nationally and internationally.
