Osaamistavoitteet

Analyze and explain the components of therapeutic interaction in mental health nursing for individuals experiencing psychological disorders, as well as their families and significant others. (Analysis, Understanding)

Apply and evaluate evidence-based methods of therapeutic and trauma-informed practice in diverse client work contexts. (Application, Evaluation)

Design, implement, and critically assess individualized care and support plans across various service environments, demonstrating an understanding of the significance of interprofessional collaboration in mental health care. (Synthesis, Evaluation)

Integrate and reflect on cultural competence and developmental psychology principles in mental health interventions. (Application, Reflection)

Interpret, critique, and apply relevant legislation, ethical standards, and professional principles, while demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the mental health service system and its structure. (Evaluation, Application)
