The student
- is able to describe the central phases of early nursing.
- is able to discuss different classic developers of nursing
- understands the importance of Florence Nightingale to nursing and nursing science
- is able to discuss the major developments of nursing in Finland.
- understands the metatheories of nursing as a part of history of nursing science and is able to discuss them.
