Osaamistavoitteet

Advancing in your own specialised studies. You master the principals of project work and act in a project group either as a member or as a leader, you also master the procedure of research work and the methods of information search. You conceptualize the significance of methodical and scientific research systems and apply them in the thesis writing process. You understand the central phases of the research and development processes and through this knowledge you have the preconditions for decisionmaking as the bases for strategic management of businesses. You plan, implement, report results and critically evaluate research- and development projects.

Ymmärrät tutkimus- ja kehittämisprosessin keskeiset vaiheet ja saat valmiudet hyödyntää osaamistasi päätöksenteon pohjana liiketoiminnan johtamisessa. Suunnittelet, toteutat, raportoit tulokset ja arvioit kriittisesti tutkimus- sekä kehittämishankkeita.
