Osaamistavoitteet
This course equips students with the knowledge and skills to lead organizational change and improve business processes effectively. Students will explore change management theories, process improvement tools, and digital transformation strategies. Emphasis is placed on engaging stakeholders, measuring success, and sustaining improvements. Through practical exercises and team collaboration, students will develop hands-on experience in managing change and enhancing processes. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: Understand and apply key theories and models of change management to drive organizational transformation. Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvement strategies. Utilize digital tools and automation to enhance organizational processes. Develop effective communication and stakeholder engagement plans to support change initiatives. Design and use KPIs to measure the success of change efforts and ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate in diverse teams to address real-world challenges related to change and process enhancement.
