Osaamistavoitteet

This course equips students with a thorough understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their role in integrating business processes. ERP solutions are fundamental to modern organizations, enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Students will explore core ERP components and their application in various business functions. Through hands-on experience with ERP software and real-world case studies, students will gain practical insights into ERP implementation and its impact on business performance. By the end of the course, students will be able to articulate the significance of ERP systems, evaluate their influence on business operations, demonstrate proficiency in ERP usage, and critically assess their role in strategic decision-making.

Arviointikriteerit

Grades are assigned based on the following performance levels:

Grade 5 (Excellent): The student demonstrates a deep understanding of ERP concepts, successfully applies ERP knowledge in practical tasks, completes hands-on ERP training with a high level of proficiency, critically analyzes case studies, and provides insightful assessments of ERP’s impact on business operations. The student actively participates in discussions and presents well-researched arguments in assignments and presentations.

Grade 3 (Good): The student has a solid grasp of ERP concepts, applies them correctly in most practical exercises, successfully completes hands-on ERP training and case studies with minor errors, and provides reasonable analyses of case studies. The student participates in discussions and demonstrates adequate research and effort in assignments and presentations.

Grade 1 (Satisfactory): The student understands basic ERP concepts and completes tasks with minimal errors but lacks depth in analysis and critical thinking. Hands-on ERP training and case study completion are achieved at a basic level. Participation in discussions and assignments is minimal, and practical application of ERP knowledge is limited.
