Osaamistavoitteet
Upon completing this course, students will have developed the ability to analyze logistics processes and formulate effective strategies for managing supply chain operations. They will understand the complexities of procurement, inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution and their impact on business performance. Students will gain proficiency in utilizing logistics information systems, applying appropriate methods and tools to enhance efficiency and visibility across supply chains. They will also learn to assess and implement strategies for transportation, warehousing, and demand forecasting to optimize logistics operations. Furthermore, students will be equipped to address challenges related to logistics risk, sustainability, and quality management, incorporating principles of corporate social responsibility and ethical procurement. They will also develop the ability to evaluate supplier relationships, manage logistics networks, and apply digital solutions to improve logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
