Osaamistavoitteet
During Practical Training, the student becomes familiar with her own professional field and different kinds of work positions in it. The student does this by applying theory and practice at different working environments, and they become familiar with the concepts of their field. Practical training increases readiness and motivation to study in their own field, and helps in developing professional skills. The student gets acquainted with the organizational activities and culture of the working place, as well as sharing of the work and social relationships at work. Further, the student will learn how to work as part of a larger working community.
