Osaamistavoitteet
The student will acquire sufficient knowledge on goal-oriented communication in companies. S/he is able to express her/himself orally and in writing in various situations in working life.
Sisältö
Explanatory documents, business correspondence, instructions and manuals, communication in one's own professional field, reporting. Oral presentations, meetings and negotiations, and related documents.
