Osaamistavoitteet
Managing knowledge of the organization is a source of competitive advantage for growing companies. Knowing the strategic knowledge which brings competitive advantage is a key challenge for mangers. The course aims to teach how firms manage to acquire, share and implement strategic knowledge in organizations. Secondly, it aims at how to align a firms business and technology policy. Further, the practical implications of knowledge management for business situations are focused.
