Osaamistavoitteet

This course examines the main issues in the production and delivery of goods and services. It includes designing the product and its accompanying production process, acquiring and organizing the necessary resources, and planning and executing production. In this course we will study the management of the operations/production function and introduce students to recent technologies that improve production management and how to motivate people to improve the production process.
