Learning Outcomes
The student recognises research and development needs in their own field. The student is able to produce new knowledge and apply it to develop new practices.
The student learns to apply different R&D approaches and applications into working life in their own field.
Contents
The course consists of two parts. In the first part the students learns the main study methodologies (quantitative, qualitative & action research). In the second part these are applied in more detailed to the field of study. The student produces a research plan for their thesis.

- Research approaches and methods, their selection and content.
- Research based development.
- Research writing.
- Special R&D aspects in the field of study.
