Learning Outcomes
The student can and has the courage to actively function in an international, diverse cross-functional team. The student is encouraged to be self-initiative and try new operation models. The student's language and social skills improve in practice. The students`overall understanding of an energy technology system or similar will develop and also their marketing knowledge.

Contents
The implementation may vary. The stduent can participate in an international IP programme, in a business game organised together with VAMK and one of VAMK's partner university or in an international project (sales or projecting) related to energy technology or other engineering system. The language of tuition is mainly English and the student will write a report of the implementation and the learning diary in English.
Internationality
The course develops well the internationalization aspect of the studies.

Assessment Criteria
5= the project result is very innovative and participation activity is very good
3= the project result shows ability to apply knowledge and participation activity is good
1= the project result is satisfactory and routine based and participation activity satisfactory
Assessment Methods
Pass/fail or numerical grading 1-5 depending on the course implementation, participation activity. Final report about the project and/or a learning diary.
