Learning Outcomes
Why are we developing software the way we do right now? Where are we coming from? What does the future look like? What does software cost? What is the industry looking at right now? Will AI take over tomorrow? What are the current trends and why? Blockchains everywhere? What really is 'the cloud'? These and other questions form the essence of the course. The goal is for the student to form a holistic view of software engineering with aspects that might not come up during other courses.
