Learning Outcomes

After completing the course, you will be able to build a simple Local Area Network (LAN) and assign IP (Internet Protocol) addresses to it. You will understand the operation of IP protocols and IP services. You will be familiar with the principles of Ethernet and its use in network connections. You will be able to configure basic security settings, set up routers and switches, verify connectivity, and troubleshoot small network connection issues. Additionally, you will understand how a LAN operates, including network components, LAN structures, models, and protocols.

Student's Workload
