Learning Outcomes
After the course, the student is able to understand the basic electronic components, as well as the essential characteristics of the electronic circuits. The student becomes familiar with devices such as multimeter and oscilloscope. The student is able to design electronic circuits and design circuits by calculating components and know how to simulate circuits. In addition, students will be able to build a small electrical circuit, able to measure the electrical properties and is able to document the circuits and measurements.
Contents
The course consists of three parts:
1.Theory
An overview of electromechanical components and semiconductor components in electronics. Transistor and amplifier circuits, and the structure of power supplies.
2. Simulations using a circuit simulation program in a PC classroom.
3. Laboratory exercises at Technobotnia.
The laboratory exercises help students understand electronics design and assist in preparing technical documentation. Use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators. Students will gain familiarity with energy technology, including measuring current and voltage as a function of time using an oscilloscope and calculating power as a function of time with the oscilloscope's built-in mathematical functions. The proper operation of circuits is verified through simulation.
