Learning Outcomes
The student obtains basic knowledge of digital electronics and forms basics for studies of information technology.
Student's Workload
The total amount of student's work is 81 h, which contains 42 h of contact studies in the youth program and 30 h of contact studies in the adult program. The remaining time is used for individual studies.
The assessment of student’s own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Contents
Number systems, binary aritmetics, codes and parity. Boole's algebra, Karnaugh mapping. Functions of cobinatory and sequence logics.
