Learning Outcomes
The student understands basic principles of leadership and project management. She/he can organise, plan and control the project and make also schedule, cost and resource planning for the project. The student knows basic principles of leadership and can lead teams and project groups.

Contents
Management, leadership and self management,
principles of project planning, WBS-structures, scheduling and scheduling techniques, cost and resource planning and risk management. Use of MsProject software in project control.
