Learning Outcomes

The learner understands the robotization projects as comprehensive development projects of a company and that in order to succeed in them one has to notice also the economic side of the project as well as the so called soft issues (which are finally the "hard" ones) such as leading people in these projects and managing the change and project management besides the pure technical side of the project. The learner will focus on some topical phenomena related to team work and leadership and development of teams. The learner can also evaluate the profitability of an investment project using different investment calculation methods. The learner acts independently and works also in teams and he/she learns how to use different tools for collaborative virtual team work. It is also a learning target for the course to guide the MSc level learners to the world of the scientific research and information sources so that she/he can search research information effectively in order to support his /her final thesis and also interpret the scientific research results.

Student's Workload

Total work load of the course: 135 h
