Learning Outcomes
The student understands the opportunities and challenges of innovation management. Student deepens his/her knowledge of product and service development and the methods available. Student will learn to utilize his/her ideas and research in the development of a company / organizatio.

Contents
Basic concepts of innovation management. Organization, process and strategy from innovation perspective. Creative problem-solving methods. Product development and service design research. Market-orientation and concept design.
Regional Impact
The students analyze and develop their own companies and organizations, which are established in the region, and this way regional impact is supported
Internationality
Course focuses on innovation management, which is international in nature, using and analyzing international company cases
