The student gets familiar with the demand and supply of events and knows the characteristics of them. The student understands the meaning of the planning process in the events.

Assessment Criteria

Grade 5
The student is able to identify/analyse/evaluate critical success factors of events and is also able to implement innovative and creative solution to event management.
Grade 3
The student understands the success factors of a events and is able to use different analyzing methods to develop them.
Grade 1
The student is able to recognize the terms for a successful tourist events and understand the importance of planning and networking.

Assessment Methods

Numeric scale is used (0-5)
- Active participation on contact lessons (recommendation 75%)
- Assignments (group, individual)
- Course work: planning of an event concept
- Course work 60% (Oral presentation 30% and written report 30%), assignments and activity in class 40%
