Learning Outcomes
The student becomes familiar with legal terminology in the English language. The student also learns to communicate in costumer service situations. In addition, the students is also able to communicate in writing with costumers.
Student's Workload
Total work 54 h of which 26 h in the classroom and 28 h indepently.
The assesment of student's own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.
