Learning Outcomes
Student understands why ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems are used in daily business and how ERP systems support business processes. Student is familiar with the use of SAP ERP system and has a basic knowledge of following SAP modules: Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Financial Accounting, Controlling, and Human Capital Management.

Overview of integrated business processes. ERP supporting daily business processes in SAP ERP system: Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Financial Accounting, Controlling, and Human Capital Management.

- classify and compare various sources of ERP -system reports and structure the information acquired
- modify the information of ERP reports for various purposes and target groups

- use independently various problem solving methods related to using of ERP
- recognise and understands the development needs in the field related to the ERP and present development possibilities
- communicate professionally, fluently and consistently in English
