Learning Outcomes

The student gets acquainted with the legal norms in international contract legislation.The student is well acquainted with the legal norms involved in international trade and understands the main rules in the convention regulating international trade.

Contents

Basics of international contracts: sales contracts, agency contract, distributorship contract. Franchising contract, Licence contracts, solving international disputes The Laws of International trade, competition, intellectual property rights, consumer protection, product liability and product safety.

The student developes his/her skills to work within the region's business community.

Internationality

The student understands the relevance and influence of interationality on subject.
