Role and tasks of the superior in an organization, company values, people and their differences, management styles, influencing people and methods of team activity, self-management, development of organization and advancing the well-being of the working community.

Regional Impact

The course provides understanding of leadership and management so that students can master well superior positions in the organizations of the region.

The course encourages the internationalization of the students.
