Learning Outcomes
The aim of this course is to help students understand the concept of lean six sigma operations. The students will be able to solve reel life, business and industry related problems using Lean Six Sigma Techniques. He or She is able to develop critical and analytical skills required in controlling, preventing and identifying defects. The course equips students with tools needed to achieve quality management.
