Learning Outcomes

The student knows what is meant by the concept of service, understands the role of the consumer and the service producer as well as the importance of service development as a competitive mean for the company/organization.

Student's Workload

All in all 135h. Guided contact teaching, projects and groupwork: 45h. Independent studies: 90h. Assessment of own learning 1h is included in the contact teaching.

Contents

Service quality and planning of the service process, management and development, service design. Mystery shopping as a part of process development.

Regional Impact

Cooperation with regional companies in form of assignments and guest lecturers.

Internationality

The needs and opinions of international companies in the region are considered teaching as well as in the course assignments.
