Learning Outcomes
The course provides students with the ability to understand and utilize artificial intelligence as part of business development and competitiveness enhancement. Students will learn to analyze how AI is applied across various industries, such as finance, retail, manufacturing, and the health and social services sector. Additionally, they will learn to view AI as a strategic tool in planning, decision-making, and improving customer experience. The course covers data management and the integration of AI into business processes. Students will gain the skills to comprehend the role of automated customer service, personalized customer experiences, and the development of digital services as part of modern business.

Assessment Criteria
The course is assessed on a scale of 0 to 5.
Grade 1–2
The student recognizes AI’s basic role in business development and can provide simple examples of applications. However, they are not yet able to systematically analyze or plan AI utilization across different industries.
Grade 3–4
The student can evaluate and select appropriate AI applications to meet business needs. They grasp the importance of data management, can integrate AI solutions into business processes, and are able to plan basic development projects.
Grade 5
The student demonstrates in-depth understanding of AI’s strategic use, knows how to design and implement diverse applications across various industries and business processes, and develops comprehensive solutions that enhance competitiveness and customer experience.
